Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the HR team with daily duties, greeting guests, customers and candidates.
Primary Duties:
Greet all customers, and guests with a friendly smile and greeting
Assist HR Team in Office
All other duties as assigned
Additional Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong analytical and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Proficient in organizational and administrative skills
Requirements:
Attend all required meetings, webinars and conference calls
High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year experience preferred
Minimum of age 19 years old

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week

Owner and President of Eagle Distributing Company, Ray Hand was introduced into the malt beverage industry at a very young age. His early start was truly a family affair. Ray worked with his brother, Charles, at their fathers distributing company in Clarksville, Tennessee. Oertles 92 was the most popular brand at that time. Some years later, Anheuser-Busch products were acquired and added to the product line. After continuing his higher education, Ray started a successful uniform laundry business, but decided that his future was in the beer industry.
