Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the HR team with daily duties, greeting guests, customers and candidates.
Primary Duties:
Greet all customers, and guests with a friendly smile and greeting
Assist HR Team in Office
All other duties as assigned
Additional Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong analytical and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Proficient in organizational and administrative skills
Requirements:
Attend all required meetings, webinars and conference calls
High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year experience preferred
Minimum of age 19 years old
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Budweiser was introduced to Eastern Tennessee in the mid 1880s. It was delivered by a variety of distributors including companies whose primary business was food, other beverages, and even pharmaceuticals. Ray worked with his brother, Charles, at their fathers distributing company in Clarksville, Tennessee. Oertles 92 was the most popular brand at that time. Some years later, Anheuser-Busch products were acquired and added to the product line. After continuing his higher education, Ray started a successful uniform laundry business, but decided that his future was in the beer industry.
