Physical Therapist Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
• Develop & follow physical therapy care plans, performing PT, documenting / charting patient progress, patient admits / discharges, OASIS assessments, updating Therapy Director on patient status, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by our Director

Physical Therapist Desired experience:

• Physical Therapist actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas
• Minimum 6 months of PT experience required
• Home Health experience a plus, but not required
• As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
