Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and conscientious person for a part-time research assistant position, with the potential for transition into a staff position. This person will assist translational and basic biomedical research in neurodegenerative and cardiovascular diseases. Prior research experience (e.g., cell culture, biochemical and histological analyses of cells/tissues, and/or mouse husbandry and behavioral analyses) is preferred but not required. This person will also assist with general laboratory operations, including shipping/receiving, cell culture room maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
