Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques and water safety to students of all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities:

- Conduct swim lessons in a safe and supportive environment

- Teach swimming techniques, including proper stroke mechanics and breathing techniques

- Provide instruction on water safety and drowning prevention

- Assess students' swimming abilities and tailor lessons to their individual needs

- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons

- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding students' progress

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Swim Instructor or in a related role is preferred

- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes

- Lifeguard certification is a plus

- Experience working with children or students in an educational or coaching setting

- Knowledge of behavior management techniques

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to educate and motivate students in a positive manner

Note: All positions at our organization are paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.10 - $18.95 per hour
