All employees receive FREE GOLF along with many other employee discounts.$15-$20 per hour DOEKey Responsibilities of the Swim Lesson Instructor:• Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.• Creates a fun and safe environment for early swimmers.• Assists in organizing clinics and private swimming lessons for members as directed by department manager.• Communicates with parents and swimmers regarding progress and improvement.• Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager.• Regular and reliable attendance.• Performs other duties as required.• Private and semi-private program, no group lessonsMinimum Qualifications of the Swim Instructor:• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.• CPR, First Aid• Experience required.Other Qualifications:• WSI certification preferred.• Must love working with children.
