Job Description

This is a senior/advisory role. We are looking for a growth-oriented individual to lead corporate development efforts in close partnership with the CEO.

Your primary goal is to help grow Popcorn Growth’s portfolio of clients through high-level partnerships and strategic introductions. The secondary goal is to work with the management team to craft and refine business model for scale.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate has a deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem and interplay between agencies and brands. He/she can identify business development opportunities to rapidly grow Popcorn Growth’s client portfolio.

Working with a fast-paced and commercially-savvy CEO, this will be the opportunity to shape a nascent industry - all at a pace that is exacting and exciting!

We are open to alternative work arrangements, such as part time and/or remote work.

Objectives

  • Lead or advise priority transformation initiatives to transform the organization and industry in partnership with the CEO and the leadership tea

  • Work with the CEO on key accounts management and further penetrating the marketing ecosystem

  • Represent Popcorn Growth in conferences and publications, and establish thought leadership

Requirements

  • >10 years experience in marketing/advertising agencies, specifically in business development, media planning, or account management. 

  • Strong network and business development experience in the marketing industry
