Typical tasks will include:
Inventory control for bar and kitchen
Inventory control for art and DIY supplies
Provide excellent customer service while assisting with phone calls and emails
Reservation system operation (scheduling public and private parties)
Stenciling canvases for upcoming events
Create content for social media accounts
Communicate effectively with staff and customers
Provide administrative support for business owner
Requirements:
Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Event coordination and management - an advantage
Minimum of 2 year experience in customer service
Excellent computer / technical skills
Detail oriented and organized
Work well with little supervision
Must be willing to work weekends as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
