Humble Bee Studios is a premier tattoo studio dedicated to providing exceptional tattoo artistry and customer experiences. Our team of talented artists is committed to creating unique and meaningful tattoos for our clients in a welcoming and professional environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and manage studio supply levels and reorder supplies as needed. Handle purchasing and procurement of supplies, equipment, and materials for the studio.

• Create and maintain financial spreadsheets to track expenses, revenue, and inventory.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

• Implement SEO strategies to optimize our website’s visibility and ranking on search engines.

• Assist with website development and enhancement projects, including content updates and design improvements.

• Transcribe audio messages to written document format accurately and efficiently.

• Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining client records. As well as, maintaining an organized and visually appealing studio environment

• Assist with social media management and marketing efforts to promote the studio and attract new clients.

• Handle other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the studio.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative environment or small business setting.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in financial management and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).

• Experience with SEO strategies and website development platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for the tattoo industry and a genuine interest in supporting the studio’s growth and success.
