Mirror Lake Retreat is searching for part-time on-site property managers. This is an exciting opportunity to live in a beautiful recently renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home near Kamas, Utah. Responsibilities will include handling yard care, snow removal, spa cleaning and routine/emergency maintenance for two active vacation rental properties. The time commitment averages 15-20 hours per week.

This would be an ideal situation for a young couple in a remote/flexible work situation or recent retirees who want to remain active and close to nature. Experience in landscaping, construction, plumbing and/or electrical work is strongly preferred. This is a minimum one-year commitment with options to extend for multiple years. Back ground and credit checks will be required

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Handle renter concerns and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Snow removal in winter and yard maintenance in summer.
- Repairs and assembly of items purchased for property by owner.

-Hot tub maintenance and cleaning.

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures.
