Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Remote/hybrid Lifestyle Manager, a role that goes beyond the traditional boundaries of a Virtual Assistant. As a Lifestyle Manager, you will be an essential part of our company’s growth, working closely with the CEO to enhance and manage the lifestyle experiences of our clients. This multifaceted role involves client outreach, brand collaborations, dropshipping partnerships, inventory management, and relationship building with influencers and partners.

Responsibilities:

*Client Outreach: *Engage with clients to understand their lifestyle preferences and requirements. *Coordinate and organize personalized experiences, ensuring client satisfaction. *Brand Collaborations: *Identify and approach potential brands for strategic collaborations. *Develop and maintain relationships with brands aligning with our company's vision. *Dropshipping Partnership and Inventory Management:

Dropshipping Partnership:

*Establish and nurture relationships with dropshipping partners. *Manage and oversee current dropshipping partnerships, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. *Proactively seek opportunities to create new partnerships, particularly with independent designers who align with our brand's ethos. *Reach out to partners to acquire sample pieces for photo shoots an

Inventory Management (Dropship Brand Partners)

*Regularly check and update inventory for out- of- stock items or add new arrivals from brand partners, ensuring accurate product listings and availability. *Monitor stock levels to prevent overstock or shortages and provide timely reports to the CEO. *

*Influencer Relations: *Identify and build relationships with local influencers. *Coordinate influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility. *CEO Collaboration: *Work closely with the CEO to determine key contacts and communication strategies. *Provide regular updates on ongoing projects and collaborations.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience in client management or related roles. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Experience in brand collaborations and partnership development. *Familiarity with dropshipping processes and inventory management. *Creative thinking and an eye for detail in organizing photoshoots. *Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners. *Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. *Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
