Expect Lace, a leader in the intimate apparel industry, is on the lookout for an experienced seamstress with expertise in crafting intimate apparel to join our team at the Philadelphia Manayunk location. Responsibilities:

*Sew Intimate Apparel using an Industrial Sewing Machine: *Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality, on-trend intimate apparel in line with industry standards. *Sew using a Pattern: *Apply precise sewing techniques using patterns to create well-fitted and aesthetically pleasing intimate garments. *Quality Assurance Check for Intimate Apparel: *Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on finished intimate apparel to meet and exceed our company's and industry's quality and comfort standards. *Experience with Lace and Silk: *Utilize your expertise in working with delicate materials such as lace and silk, contributing to the creation of intricate and luxurious intimate apparel. *Design Work on Private Label Brands: *Actively participate in the design and development of private label brands, bringing your creative flair to enhance the unique identity of our products. *Maintain Clean and Organized Workspaces: *Uphold a clean, organized work environment in the production area, sewing room, and warehouse fulfillment areas, ensuring efficiency and safety. *Prep/Pack Intimate Apparel Items: *Skillfully prepare and pack intimate apparel items for contracted seamstresses and manufacturing partners, demonstrating attention to detail and discretion.

Requirements:

*2 years of Sewing Experience in Intimate Apparel: *Demonstrated experience in crafting intimate apparel, showcasing an understanding of industry trends and techniques. *High School Diploma or Equivalent: *Minimum educational requirement to demonstrate a basic level of education. *Experience Operating an Industrial Sewing Machine: *Proficient in operating and maintaining industrial sewing machines, with a focus on efficiency and precision. *Detail-oriented: *Keen attention to detail, specifically focused on creating high-quality, comfortable, and on-trend intimate apparel.

Job Type:

*Part-time and Full-time: *Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different schedules.

Pay:

*$15.00 - $18.00 per Hour: *Competitive hourly rate based on experience and skills.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
