The successful Janitor is a team member who provides clean affordable housing to the residents of the community. The Janitor will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule.

6th Street Place is a new, affordable community on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles that will provide 94 apartments with supportive services for residents.

Pay: $20.00/hour

Duties:

• Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.
• Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.
• Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.
• Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.
