WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Professional Development Manager to join our team.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Pre-sales support of all customer demonstrations andproof of concepts for display technology, software and services primarilyfocused on interactive flat panel. displays.
  • Support events, shows, and customer/partnerengagements.
  • Post-sales training/professional development deliveryin the education vertical.
  • Provide professional development and ongoing supportto education customers and build long term relationships acquiringfuture hardware, software and services sales.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual demonstrations in frontof educators and district personnel for K12 and Higher Education institutions.
  • Gather customer requirements and develop customizedprofessional development offerings focused on learning outcomes to improvestudent engagement and teacher effectiveness.
  • Use strong organizational skills toprioritize and maintain a focused execution to manage a regional territory.
  • Be a company advocate and raise awareness with alleducation accounts with hardware, software, services and professionaldevelopment.
Required Experience and Education:
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a classroomand teaching certification is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Strong understanding of education pedagogy andtechnology requirements with demonstrated success of delivering high qualityprofessional development.
  • Embrace technology and experience with training andlesson development.

  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and follow-upskills.
  • Creative individual with high energy and a can-doattitude.
  • Excellent public speaking and written communicationskills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned geographic territory (up to 80% of the time). Live near a large metro area with access to a major airport. Overnight travel may be required.
  • Ability to move and transport equipment (under75lbs) may be required.
Physical Demands:

Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
