Purpose

Bally's is looking for a VIP Manager who will work with the Director of Retention and other cross-functional teams to create an engaging value proposition for our top-echelon players. The role will look after the entire VIP team both interactive and property i-gaming hosts. This role will seek to create market leading and engaging promotions that will drive our main KPI's and have a positive impact on Churn Rates.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy for VIP retention and optimize revenue through customer relationships

• Manage a team of VIP account managers who oversee of our most valuable players

• Monitor VIP customer behaviours, interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met

• Work across sports and casino products

• Use back-office systems and reporting tools to validate all KPI's are being met.

• Create a VIP rewards scheme that works with the tools available in our online and retail locations

• To work closely with Product Operations to ensure first class game knowledge within the team

• Commercially focused to ensure priorities are driven based on ROI and Strategic Value

• Regular meetings with internal VIP operations teams and stakeholders to drive new launches and projects

• Create cross-sell and up-sell opportunities/journeys from retail to online and vice-versa.

• Track budgets with your team to ensure proper use of entertainment budgets

• Establish, Monitor and report on KPI's and Department Goals

• Provide and implement new ideas for our rewards program

• Deliver against our Responsible Gaming protocols.

Skills & Behaviors

Experience Required

• 3 years' experience in an iGaming Marketing and/or VIP

• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to be self-sufficient and multi-task

• Excellent analytical skills and experience with excel

• Travel for this role is expected

• Strong team player

Advanced knowledge of:

• Excel, Tableau

Ability to:

• Teach and Motivate a team of VIP and i-Gaming hosts

Scope & Scale

The focus of the VIP Department is to create a fun and interactive environment for our top players, allowing us to retain them with fun and engaging propositions all while staying within a clearly defined budget. This role requires working alongside other departments such as the Retention team to help with the execution of promotions, design, copy, and our counterparts in our brick-and-mortar casinos.

Salary Range $85,000 - $110,000
