RESPONSIBILITES

  • Oversee Comprehensive Web Operations: Take charge of all aspects of web operations, from conceptualizing and executing groundbreaking new website builds to optimizing existing digital platforms. Ensure that all web activities are scalable and seamlessly integrated with our clients' needs and objectives.
  • Master Technical Challenges: Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing advanced tools and technologies to create accessible, high-performance websites. Stay updated on the latest developments in web technology and apply this knowledge to address technical challenges and enhance website functionality.
  • Drive SEO Excellence: Develop and implement SEO strategies that elevate our partners' online visibility and place them at the forefront of digital discovery. Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor performance metrics to continuously improve search engine rankings.
  • Ensure Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and refine web processes to keep our operations at the cutting edge of industry standards. Identify areas for optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction. Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in web development and SEO to maintain our competitive edge.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, web development, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on website management, optimization, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
  • Advanced technical skills in troubleshooting website issues, optimizing website speed and performance, and ensuring website accessibility and compliance with web standards and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand requirements, convey technical concepts, and drive project success.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing multiple websites simultaneously, delivering measurable results, and driving continuous improvement in web operations.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development, digital marketing, and SEO.

COMPENSATION

  • $75,000- $90,000 (depending on experience)
