USAN is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales & Development Specialist

USAN is seeking a motivated Inside Sales and Development Specialist to join our team in the contact center space. We are a high-growth company with ambitious plans to dominate an untapped market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of USAN's products and services, focusing specifically on Amazon Connect. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong sales skills, and a hands-on approach to achieving results.

As an Inside Sales and Development Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams, as well as customers, prospects, AWS, and USAN partners. Your primary tasks will involve telephone and email-based communication, utilizing our existing prospect databases to expand our market share.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to target existing clients and new prospects, positioning USAN as their preferred implementation partner and customer experience (CX) expert. This includes engaging in cold calling, omnichannel outreach, nurturing customer relationships, and closing deals to meet predetermined sales targets. Focus will be on specific product solutions and geographic territories to drive new business.
  • Manage the complete sales process for opportunities within your assigned region. This involves qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations in collaboration with a product specialist, guiding prospective customers through the decision-making process, and following up with stakeholders to ensure USAN is selected as their implementation and CX provider.
  • Evaluate leads based on budget, decision maker(s), purchasing process, competition, and decision-making criteria. Document all qualification information in Hubspot CRM and AWS ACE.
  • Identify and enlist additional resources promptly when needed to secure new business.
  • Arrange and coordinate prospect and sales meetings, primarily through teleconferences and webinars, but also through direct follow-up with outside sales team members.
  • Manage outbound campaigns to build a robust pipeline of opportunities necessary to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the USAN marketing team to develop and execute lead generation and drip marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified opportunities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and managing the full sales cycle.
  • 1-3 years of successful selling in the Contact Center market and/or specific experience with AWS Connect, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-growing companies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on achieving goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities. Self-motivated and capable of working well within a team or independently/remotely. You will be responsible for managing numerous inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in SaaS, Inside Sales, and commercial enterprise markets is required.
  • Quick learner, able to grasp new technologies rapidly. Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus. You will also be expected to learn Amazon Connect.
  • Familiarity with sales principles and solution selling methods. This is a high-touch, consultative sales model, not a low-touch, transactional approach.
