Do you have experience working as an Administrative Assistant Are you proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Are you looking for a remote position You may be a fit with one of clients! Job Responbilites:
Enter data into computer systems.
Help team members with case file maintenance and enter the appropriate information into the system.
Receive, process, and distrubute mail and faxes.
Alert management with any date report issues or inconsistencies.
Act as the point of contact for any external inquires from clients, enrollees, and health plans regarding case status.
Prepare and distribute case summaries to clients.
Validate application information against documents.
Job Requirements:
High school/GED Required
2-3 years of related job experience.
Proficent in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills, and organizational.
