We are seeking a talented and creative Branding Designer to join our marketing and design team. As a Branding Designer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining a consistent and visually compelling brand identity across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding principles, excellent graphic design skills, and a passion for creating impactful visual identities.

Brand Identity Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity that resonates with the target audience and reflects the company's values.

Logo and Visual Elements:

• Design and iterate on logos, icons, and other visual elements that represent the brand identity.
• Ensure consistency in the use of visual elements across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Marketing Collateral:

• Create visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Design graphics for online and offline marketing campaigns.

Digital and Print Design:

• Design digital assets for web and social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and visually engaging brand presence.
• Create print materials such as business cards, letterheads, and banners.

Branding Guidelines:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive branding guidelines to ensure consistent application of the brand across all touchpoints.
• Educate internal teams on brand guidelines and best practices.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to integrate the brand identity into various projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure brand consistency in collaborative efforts.

Stay Updated on Design Trends:

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, industry developments, and competitor branding strategies.
• Integrate innovative design solutions to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Branding Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing branding projects.
• Graphic Design Skills:
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Creativity:
• Exceptional creativity and the ability to think strategically to create brand visuals that resonate with the target audience.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey brand concepts and ideas.
• Attention to Detail:
• Strong attention to detail to ensure brand consistency and accuracy in all design materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
