Graphic Designer

We are seeking a new Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. Designers are required to work in teams alongside Developers, Account Executives, Content Creators, and Clients to ensure all elements of graphics creation are executed quickly and correctly. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and design creative visual solutions for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.

2. Collaborate with the creative team, account managers, and clients to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences.

3. Develop and present design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to clients and internal teams for review and feedback.

4. Refine designs based on client and team input to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

5. Prepare final design files for digital and print production, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry standards.

6. Maintain brand consistency across all designs, adapting to each client's unique style guide and visual identity.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance the agency's creative offerings.

8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve the agency's creative processes and outputs.

10. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster their professional development.

11. Maintain an organized digital library of design assets, templates, and client files for easy access and reuse.

12. Assist with photo and video editing tasks as needed to support the agency's multimedia projects.

13. Collaborate with copywriters to ensure that designs and text are cohesive and effective in conveying the intended message.

14. Attend client meetings and presentations as required to discuss design strategies and gather feedback.

15. Continuously expand skills and knowledge through workshops, conferences, and self-directed learning to stay at the forefront of the graphic design industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Experience with computer-aided design.
