Translation & Apostille Services LLC is Hiring a Part-time Office Assistant Near New York, NY

Before you apply, PLEASE NOTE:

- This is a part-time position (15 to 18 hours/week); hours are 9am to 12pm, Monday to Friday.

- Please complete the skills tests: Filing & organization and Data entry.

We are looking for an office assistant to help in our midtown office from 9am to 12pm, Monday to Friday.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • File, scan and handle mail as necessary;
  • Maintain and update information in database, including documents' list and tasks;
  • Prepare documents for processing;
  • Coordinate messenger’s pick up;
  • Intake documents at the Licensing/Apostille window to be processed;
  • Distribute completed documents to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents and data;
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills;
  • Familiarity with document management systems and databases;
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative;
  • Must be alert and responsive with strong communication skills;
  • Willingness to handle confidential and sensitive information in a secure and appropriate manner.
  • Comfortable with public transportation travel.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • working in an office/business: 2 years (Required)
