Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be a point of contact for our clients, providing assistance and guidance with their insurance inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide accurate information about insurance products, coverage options, and policy details
• Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and billing inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Educate clients on insurance-related topics and help them make informed decisions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
• Candidate will be required to obtain an Iowa P&C Insurance license
