```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation in some of the most important tasks and providing administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, efficent problem solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence from phone calls and field communications.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Keep project files, potential lead files organized with a timely flow from start to finish.
- Transcribe meeting description, scope of works, contract pricing and other documents as needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Experience in construction administration is a plus
