About the job:
Are you an individual that likes to make plans, create lists, coordinate and ensure that things get done the right way quickly? Are you looking to start a career or expand a career and work for a real estate company with an amazing team of colleagues?
We need to hire a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate should thrive working in a fast paced, startup environment and be excited about Treaty Oak's mission and potential. The ideal candidate will have outstanding time management skills, professional communication skills (verbal, written), attention to detail, and a strong sense of security and discretion.
Adrienne Laosa is the Managing Partner and CEO at Treaty Oak Properties. Treaty Oak Properties currently manages 300 A and B quality homes in the Austin Metro and surrounding areas. We have roughly doubled our unit count in the past year. We have the systems in place to continue growth at this pace. We are different from other property management companies because we are highly systems driven, we document everything, and we strongly believe that work should be fun and sane.
Work Environment
This will ultimately become a hybrid in-office/remote position. Initially, it will be a 90 day in-office position and we’ll move to a more flexible arrangement as our workflows are built out. Initially, the in-office position will be at our brokerage office in North Central Austin.
Who Will Love This Job?
We will hire someone smart and systems-driven. We’re a hugely systems-driven company and the right person for this role thrives in this type of environment. The right person for this role is a self-starter, but not afraid to ask questions. (This position does have a regular M-F schedule.) Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws, and/or property management experience is a PLUS. To grow in this position (we love promoting!) it will eventually require a Texas Real Estate License.
