About Job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer information, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer information into our database
• Update and maintain customer records
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide information about our products and services to customers
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven data entry experience with strong typing skills (at least X words per minute)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management software
