As a Cashier at TMZ Events, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing friendly and efficient service while processing transactions accurately.

Your role is integral to the smooth operation of our events, ensuring a positive experience for every attendee.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they approach the cashier station.
• Accurately ring up purchases and process payments using cash registers or POS systems.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions securely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including stocking merchandise and supplies as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and event details.
• Assist with bagging merchandise and providing assistance to customers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service throughout the event.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems.
