Job Details:

• Responsible for entering and/or processing customer orders.
• Manage and respond to customer (internal/external) questions regarding availability, delivery status, returns and any other relevant information.
• Share in the warranty process. Enter, manage, and drive warranty claims to completion.
• Identify process improvements to eliminate waste and provide an improved customer experience.
• Support sales team members when needed.
• Support Team Leader in reporting of metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with sales management tools and CRM preferred.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Skilled at working in a highly collaborative work environment and working cross-functionally.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of working on a computer. Adjustable height work desks standard.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• No travel
