Job Details:

• Operate multi-line telephone system
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and direct to specific destinations.
• Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
• Run Errands
• Data entry
• Collaborate with various departments
• Computer Savvy - QuickBooks a Plus
• Communicate with Vendors and Customers

Qualifications:

• QuickBooks Preferred but willing to train
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• An eye for detail and perfectionist work
• Great attitude and desire for self-improvement
