Job Details:

• Maintain working relationships with existing dealers to ensure that they receive exceptional services and to identify new sales opportunities.
• Develop pipeline of prospective dealers.
• Have extension knowledge of Fish Fighter products.
• Maintain and meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Prepare sales orders from online, over the phone, and emailed requests.
• Communicate and support the launch of new products, promotions, and dealer programs.
• Support and attend tradeshows and customer events as needed.
• Collaborate with customer service, marketing and engineering to share insights from dealers and end users that will improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain sales administration duties and procedures through timely reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service in the outdoor lifestyle industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, not required
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Proven record of successfully managing customer relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with sales management tools and CRM
• Excellent time-management skills
• Skilled at working in a highly collaborative work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of working on a computer. Adjustable height work desks standard.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to travel (5-15%)
