• Monitoring and Ordering goods/materials
• Use computer/tablet to initiate orders and send to Purchasing digitally
• Receive goods/materials and confirm accuracy
• Check products received to ensure they meet specifications.
• Distribute goods to the appropriate location within the manufacturing facility
• Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods
• Monitor manufacturing changes affecting supply and demand to update Kanban levels
• Drive forklift to stock materials

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen eye for detail and a commercial mindset
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Follow instructions independently
• High level of accuracy with special attention to details

• Frequently walks the manufacturing area to view Kanban during the work day
• Must be able to move objects occasionally weighing 50 pounds
• Must be able to occasionally stock items on bottom and top shelves
• Must be able to exchange accurate information clearly while frequently communicating with vendors and constant operating of computer
