My client is a small landscaping service company based in Marysville, OH. They take pride in their dedication to providing high-quality landscaping services. As they continue to grow, they seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as a Part-Time Office Manager.

Job Description: As the Part-Time Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of office and administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around processing payroll utilizing Quickbooks, managing payroll taxes, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with general office tasks and provide administrative support as needed, making your contribution vital to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and promptly using QuickBooks.
  • Manage payroll taxes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable as necessary.
  • Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
  • Support the management team with various administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with payroll processing, preferably using Quickbooks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
