**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in management, budgeting, and supervising fabricators to ensure the successful completion of projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Must be able to obtain AWS D14.1 certification

- Oversee and manage shop operations efficiently

- Supervise and lead a team of workers to meet project deadlines

- Utilize construction management software for project tracking

- Read and interpret blueprints accurately

- Estimate construction costs using tools like Bluebeam and HeavyBid

- Monitor project budgets and expenses closely

- Maintain inventory of tools and materials

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry

- Proficiency in construction estimating and budgeting

- Familiarity with Prolog software for project management

- Strong blueprint reading skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Knowledge of construction management principles

- Understanding of contracts and project specifications
