This successful growing company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the Accounts Payable team. If you would like to work in a dynamic, fast growing, fun organization with a growing team. This position is for you!

How can you help be a part of this exciting opportunity:

• Processing high volume of transactions handling full cycle A/P for multiple companies in a fast-paced environment
• Matching, coding, and posting of vendor invoices.
• Managing paid and unpaid invoice files
• Assist in preparation of weekly check runs, including running of A/P aging reports.
• Respond to vendor enquiries and conduct research as necessary.
• Reconciling monthly statements
• Reconcile & post all corporate credit cards.
• Processing employee expense and mileage reports, using proprietary platform.
• Create & maintain vendor master files, including preparation of the 1099-s and maintaining the vendor W9 files.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing process as well as annual audits.
• Able to work independently and problem solve effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Lend a helping hand when assigned or determined appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Experience working with Accounting/ERP systems. Dynamics BC 365 experience preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of A/P experience
• Ability to work as a team.
• Strong MS Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with multi-company entities and inter-company transactions.
• Attention to detail and well-developed time management skills.

Salary: $45,000 -$60,000 (depending on experience)
