National Services Group is Hiring a HR Compliance Coordinator Near Irvine, CA

Our three brands are EmpireWorks, CollegeWorks, and Home Genius Exteriors. We have been growing, promoting, and building tomorrow’s leaders for over 32 years. We are looking for a HR Compliance Coordinator to impact and improve our corporate team.

How can you help be a part of this exciting opportunity:

  • Efficiently process new hire documentation such as: new hire packets, I-9’s Section 1 and 2, W-4 forms and government issued IDs etc.
  • Review employment agreement and offer letters
  • Update our proprietary system with compliance updates and leave detailed notes to any issues
  • Communicate with the field to address any documentation issues promptly
  • Create import files to import the new hire data into our pay system Paychex Flex
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the information being imported/populating in Flex is correct
  • Provide the HR Generalist with a list of her hires eligible for benefits and recent terminations.
  • Provides the field with support regarding compliance matters such as trainings for new employees via phone or zoom and creating training materials.
  • Conducts oneself in a professional manner, ensures confidentiality regarding sensitive issues and consistently adheres to the standards necessary to successfully perform the job functions.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years related experience
  • Hands on experience reviewing federal forms (I-9, W-4, Government IDs)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy (required)
  • Proficient computer skills with work experience in MS Office Applications including Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Work effectively within time-sensitive deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to professionally manage working with sensitive /confidential information.
  • Interpersonal skills: ability to interact professionally and work collaboratively with peers, supervisors, and others; on-site as well as remote with regional offices and Service Centers
