Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have:
