We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of our home services operations, including HVAC, solar, and electrical divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within the home services industry and a proven track record of leading teams to success.

Role and Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day operations of the HVAC, solar, and electrical divisions, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

· Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of technicians and crews to ensure timely completion of projects and service calls.

· Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

· Collaborate with field team & office team, to ensure seamless integration of operations.

· Lead and motivate team members to achieve company goals and objectives.

· Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance and initiatives.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the home services industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, solar, and electrical systems is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in dispatch management software (Housecall Pro used) and Microsoft Office| Google Docs other relevant software applications.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred but OSHA 10 Certification required.

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
