Responsibilities/Duties:
· Partner with key stakeholders across the organization and support them by actively managing multiple projects simultaneously geared towards driving continuous improvement within their processes
· Assist in identifying opportunities where efficiency gains can result in improving business metrics
· Coach and train team members on lean principles through both classroom and on the job training
· Foster and support the development of a continuous improvement culture
· Develop and track KPIs for various processes and tasks
· Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) where they do not exist, and support as needed with updating SOPs when improvements are implemented and/or when process changes occur
· Proactively communicate status of projects to stakeholders within the business to ensure all parties are engaged, and escalate when appropriate
· Provide strategic operational insight as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
· Must have Operations and Office Management experience
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and proactively
· Must be positive-minded, and self-motivated
· Strong Computer Skills (typing, Microsoft Office, DropBox, and Case Management software)
· 5 years of project management experience
· Spanish speak is a plus
· Lean background is required
