We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. Your expertise will be pivotal in providing technical leadership and guiding the development team throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
2. Design and architect complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices, scalability, and maintainability.
3. Create technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, data models, and integration approaches.
4. Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on Salesforce development standards and coding practices.
5. Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce products, features, and integrations to meet business needs.
6. Oversee the implementation of customizations, configurations, and integration points.
7. Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to development standards.
8. Conduct regular performance assessments and optimize Salesforce applications for improved efficiency.
9. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
10. Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Salesforce with existing systems and external applications.
11. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations and integrations.
12. Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations throughout Salesforce projects.
13. Support testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
14. Lead training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
3. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
4. Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
5. Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including data modeling and integration patterns.
6. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to challenging technical problems.
8. A deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
9. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management practices.
10. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
