Our client in Fort Worth, TX has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant on a contract basis through October.

Executive Assistant Role:
The Executive Assistant will perform a wide variety of complex, sensitive and confidential administrative and executive support tasks for the CEO, CFO, VP Medical Affairs & Innovation, and Director of Human Resources.
Contact employees at all organizational levels to gather information for necessary meetings, reports, presentations
Calendar management to ensure day to day schedules while preventing conflicts
Coordinate and book national and international travel (airline, hotel, car service, train, etc.)
Coordinate and initiate conference calls and manage all meeting details such as room reservations, preparing agendas, securing necessary IT equipment, and catering meals
Prepare and distribute presentation materials for internal and external meetings, including the Board of Director meetings.
Drafting/sending email correspondence, updating company charts and databases, and ensuring checklist items are completed by necessary team members.
Maintain executive files
Coordinate birthday, milestone, and holiday gifts for clients and staff as needed
Create presentation and slide decks for staff meetings and quarterly employee meetings.
Represent the Company and Executive team in a positive light through excellent follow-through skills and sound judgement.
Complete ad hoc projects as assigned and general administrative support
Executive Assistant Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or another relevant field of study is preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is essential
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency and able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a clear and friendly manner.
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
