Standard Restaurant Supply is the leading kitchen and restaurant supply chain in the mountain west. We provide restaurants, hospitals, schools, and any other business with their kitchen needs. From large equipment to disposables we help make each of our clients successful by providing a better culinary experience.
We are a company that enjoys working with customers and employees, and we are looking to recruit a positive and dependable customer service representative, to join our team.
Our customer service representative will be handling incoming calls, answering questions over the phone, placing orders when needed and redirecting any calls. No prior job experience needed but must be able to communicate well on the phone and must be willing to commit and learn about our products and services.
You will have an opportunity to increase your customer service and phone skills.
Job will begin with mostly receptionist-like tasks as part of the on boarding process.
Qualified candidates should have the following skills:
• Be dependable and punctual.
• Be friendly and helpful
• Have great analytical skills and quick on their feet
• Ability to learn and develop customer service skills
• Ability to learn new computer applications and software
• Effective verbal and phone communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stay focused at an office desk
• Good time management
• Ability to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
