As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the financial strategy to support the company's growth and profitability objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of financial leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence to drive financial performance and guide strategic decision-making within our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management, to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to senior management and the board of directors to support decision-making and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, working closely with department heads and operational teams to develop realistic financial plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory agencies, to maintain strong financial governance and transparency.
• Implement robust internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and strategic initiatives to maximize shareholder value and support growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation across the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the manufacturing sector to anticipate potential risks and opportunities for the company.

Experience:
 

• 8-10 years experience in finance leadership roles within the manufacturing industry, preferably in a senior financial management capacity such as Controller, Finance Director, or CFO.
• MBA or CPA/CMA 
• Proven track record of success in driving financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency within manufacturing organizations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, production processes, inventory management, and supply chain dynamics.
• Expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards relevant to the manufacturing sector (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Experience in managing complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and debt financing, within the manufacturing context.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, investors, and external partners, to articulate financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for performance improvement within manufacturing operations.
