Reservation Agent:
The Reservation Agent will support the Director of Revenue and Revenue manager in implementing strategies to sell the hotel. This position will focus on reservations coming into the hotel via multiple channels and work to proactively respond to guest. There will be opportunities to learn in depth about revenue and reservations from the Director and Manager as projects arise.

• - Assist Revenue Manager with group reservations - including the entry of rooming lists, booking link set up, routing for billing, and proactive room block maintenance
  -Monitor the hotel's public and reservation in boxes and respond promptly to all inquiries/questions
  -Monitor connection between hotel PMS and external systems to alert Director of Revenue and IT when an issue arises
  -Monitor OTA channels and messages for pre-arrival request
  -Field reservation phone calls to create, modify or cancel as needed.
  -Review and report on monthly transient reservation commission
  -Review reservations made yesterday for special request, prepayment, and fraudulent bookings
  -Review arrivals three days prior for special request, notes, profile updates and duplicate bookings
  -Verify no show and late cancelation charges
  -Support Director of Revenue during absence of Revenue Manager
