POSITION OVERVIEW The Systems Anallyst is responsible for the Systems and Technology for the hotel and related business units. This position is accountable for supporting IT related issues and safeguarding the IT security of the property. The Systems Analyst reports to the Director of IT.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• -Responsible for the configuration/installation, operation, and maintenance of systems, hardware, software and all related infrastructure and networking.
  -Provide timely and efficient technical support to hotel staff and guests. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  -Manage the security of the hotel's IT infrastructure. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, manage data privacy in compliance with regulations.
  -Ensure system backup/recovery processes are maintained and tested.
  -Assist with procurement of new hardware and software solutions.
  -Conduct IT onboarding for new hires as part of new-hire orientation.
  -Collaborate on IT projects, from planning and implementation to monitoring and reporting. Ensure projects are completed.
  -Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the hospitality industry. Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
  -Perform reasonable additional duties as requested.
  -Must have experience in troubleshooting PMS, POS, IPTV, VOIP and credit card gateway systems and working with multiple vendors to drive resolution.
  -Office 365 hosted email service and Office applications including MS Teams, and SharePoint, End Point protection, web filtering solutions.
  -Communicate effectively with guests and other departments.
  -Must be available to work on-call during peak hours- evenings and weekends required as needed.
