The Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will create, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that effectively target and engage our audience in the promotion of our company brand and its products and services across all channels. You are friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, remote, team environment. The Marketing Manager will be a key contributor to Dispatch and Youreka's success as we continue to elevate our brand and execute marketing activities.

Salary
The salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $105,000 annually. Actual pay within the range is influenced by multiple factors, including but not limited to skill set, residence location, and prior work experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for bonus, benefits, and equity.
Location
Dispatch/Youreka fully accommodates remote work, as long as you have a permanent residence in the US. Want to spend a month in Italy? Great, do it! Live in Idaho? Sweet, we have another team member there! As long as you are crushing your goals and helping us drive the business forward, you do you. We also have an office in Boston that is open and available for you to use.
