Position Summary Medici, a cutting-edge Virtual/Telemedicine company based in Austin, Texas, is seeking a dynamic Clinical Programs Manager to lead our patient experience and health coaches. We need someone passionate about revolutionizing healthcare delivery, with a proactive mindset and prior healthcare experience. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a presence in our office three days a week. The position is based at our Headquarters located in the Southwest area of Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities
Review and report on medical specialty areas, optimizing patient flows, outcomes, and operational metrics for specialty care programs such as behavioral health, lifestyle management, cardiology, and musculoskeletal care.
Collaborate on developing and maintaining service-specific reports.
Monitor key performance indicators, implement efficiency strategies, and track trends.
Develop evidence-based, organized, and measurable patient workflows in response to market needs and trends.
Enhance program effectiveness, patient outcomes, and reputation.
Focus on increasing patient membership through personalized plans and continuous improvement.
Develop departmental goals to improve the patient experience.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to solve problems and enhance the patient journey.
Supervise and support staff, ensuring policy adherence.
Participate in staff recruitment and evaluation.
Establish and maintain full caseloads for health coaches.
Cultivate a culture of research and education.
Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Management, Business Administration (with a healthcare concentration), Health Informatics, Nursing or a related field. An advanced degree in any of the above or Data Science/Analytics is preferred.
Experience: 3 years in a supervisory role with department or specialty leadership experience
Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience in revolutionizing patient or member experience
Strong problem-solving abilities and SOP development.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Effective team management and motivation.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to multiple software systems.

$87,000 - $95,000 a year We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, and paid time off. Salary range: $87,000 - $95,000 per year. We are open to discussing compensation during the interview process.
