About the Role 

As the Product Owner for Health Analytics & Reporting at Medici, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data-driven healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust analytics and reporting tools that empower healthcare providers and improve patient outcomes. This role is exclusively onsite, requiring a strong presence in our office three days a week at our Headquarters located in the Southwest area of Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across Medici (clinicians, data scientists, engineers) to identify user needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for health analytics and reporting at Medici, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation. 
  • Prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Own the product backlog at Medici, ensuring it is clear, concise, and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with the engineering team at Medici to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications. 
  • Champion user adoption and engagement through effective communication and training on new features within Medici. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior to measure the success of analytics and reporting tools at Medici. 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in healthcare analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA etc.).
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics and visualization best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
