Be a part of a new corporate program for Royce Geo! We are looking for a results-driven Enhancement Specialist – Storyteller who collaborates across work teams, customers, and stakeholders to capture, document, and institutionalize workflows and business processes as well as mission equities into standard operation procedures, concept of operations documents, technical requirements, and supporting visuals.

Responsibilities:

• Produce engineering roadmaps; integration plans and milestones, test and acceptance documentation, and transition activities (i.e. capability documents, standard operation procedures, and on the job training manuals).
• Draft and finalize model-based systems engineering Operational View (OV) and System View (SV) documents along with supporting visuals for organization capabilities from information provided by the appropriate group.
• Conduct research and best practice reviews to provide technical support on business processes for gathering, analyzing, defining, validating, and documenting requirements Provide support for emerging requirements as assigned by the government.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Proficiency in common geospatial software applications and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Visio & JIRA.
• 3 years of relevant experiencewith a bachelor’s degree. (A combination of years of experience & professional certifications/trainings can be used in lieu of a degree)
