Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

The Administrative assistant will be part of an admin team managing a group of small companies in Fredericksburg.
Tasks include telephone, data entry, filing, correspondence, local errands, document editing, prepare proposal & submittal docs for projects.

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat DC.

• Clerical Experience is required.

• Able to generate project documentation on a schedule.

• Excellent communication skills and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Efficiently schedule and manage time.

• Must be a skilled researcher.
