**Administration - Sales Coordinator**
New Britain, CT, USA Req #32 Wednesday, January 5, 2022 Summary: The Sales Coordinator is expected to have the ability to connect with customers and build appropriate rapport to have a thorough understanding of their needs, expectations and requirements in order to achieve customer satisfaction and to communicate their needs to the manufacturing group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Field large volume of communications from customers taking orders and setting up delivery schedules. Enter orders, process and track shipments. Work with Engineering Department and Business Development to process quotes Work with Production Control and other departments to gather information in order to effectively communicate with customer Marketing support contact database, research, media Qualification/Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written and presentation). 5 years experience in customer service, customer retention, exceptional customer support in a fast paced environment Strong problem solving skills and data analysis abilities Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 products including Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience working with databases is a plus A high degree of reliability, commitment, tenacity, teamwork and creative energy to achieve success Excellent time management skills Able to work with minimum supervision Professional Attitude and a team player Should be customer service driven Professional appearance , Business casual
