AIM or MISSION: 

To be part of the ERP support team that is responsible for customizing, configure and monitor the ERP software to streamline company processes, information sharing and decision making. 

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:

• Will develop and monitor procedures encompassing the Supply Chain functions within our organization. Areas of focus will be (but not limited to):
  • Purchasing/Receiving
  • Invoicing
  • Purchased Inventory
  • Cycle Counts/Adjustments
  • APS Planning (purchasing side)
  • CPQ-Sales Side
  • Costing
  • Customer Order
  • Labor Reporting
  • Inter-Company Transfers
• Will collaborate with other ERP Systems Analyst to produce design ERP system to produce data that will provide our organization the information needed to make decisions for present and future planning . 
• Work with Supervisors to implement and monitor procedures within their department. Develop and maintain training protocols for collection of labor and issuance of materials to ensure data accuracy within each department.
• Develop and Maintain Process Flow Charts within the organization to ensure protocols are properly communicated and followed.
• Work with team on the implementation of new ERP (Infor-CSI) 

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Experience with CSI or Syteline ERP, preferred 
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous ERP system experience strongly preferred.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience
• Process mapping and Visio experience, preferred
