DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:
- Develop and manage digital/print marketing initiatives, including advertising, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, dealer meetings, to promote the company and its products or services.
- Oversee public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication, as needed.
- Oversees the development, printing and distribution of product catalog.
- Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches and competitor research.
- Develop co-branding and interindustry relationships consistent with the brand identity.
- Identifies new market segments and market trends that will benefit from company products.
- Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research and sales feedback.
- Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.
- Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
- Attend Elite Bassmaster Series events.
- To maximize the effectiveness of our Pro Anglers
- Support Research and Development efforts.

Marine Industry Knowledge
Established roster of media and PR contacts in the outdoor industry (Preferred)
Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
